Unfortunately, there isn't much to see here...but not because I haven't been doing anything! Actually, I've been doing alot–I just think I'm not allowed to post it on here.
But feel free to stop by tesla.com/energy. After redesigning the SolarCity website, I had the opportunity to design the energy section of the Tesla website.

After 2 months of working on a brand refresh, SolarCity was in dire need of a brand new website. A new website normally takes several months to build. But because SolarCity and Tesla were introducing 2 new products in 4 weeks, they needed a new website fast.
My role as the main designer for this project was to redesign the entire interface, create iconography and work closely with the development team to build the site out.
This was challenging project since I had limited resources and a very lean team to work with. But with our amazing developers, supportive creative team, and talented copywriter, we were able to make this website happen.
SolarCity’s new website launched on 10/28/2016.

GivePower, a nonprofit organization founded by SolarCity, uses clean energy technologies to deliver the most essential community services to the developing world.
GivePower was due for a new website. They challenged me to create a professional, modern website that can attract potential funding partners, program partners and donors. I collaborated with a copywriter and a developer to make their wishes come to life.

Personal Project: I didn't realize how important it is to read fabric care labels until I damaged a brand new dress that I just bought. Fabric care labels have foreign symbols and small type that make it hard for anyone to read and understand.
I can't change how manufacturers design their fabric care labels, but I could create a tool that would make reading and understanding the labels easier. Using what I learned from the UX Design Course at General Assembly, I designed a laundry app tool called Wash & Dry.
Skills: Mobile App Design, UI/UX Design, Wireframe Production, Illustration
SolarCity teamed up with Philips to see if providing a unique, co-branded campaign would drive a lift in sales. The goal of this project was to generate increment opps.
I designed various print and web assets, ranging from standees to landing pages for the entire campaign. Because this was a co-branded campaign, I combined Philips Hue Kit's sleek look with SolarCity's branding. To achieve this, I used sheer layers of neutral grays and created angles to bring the focus from the solar panel home to the Philips Hue Kit.
These deliverables were showcased at several Home Depots and Best Buys during the promotion.
Skills: Print, Signage, Layout, Web Design, Creative Campaign
I developed and designed a new SolarParty kit, which is a suite of educational and promotional assets for SolarCity's referral program. SolarParties are used as an instrumental force in SolarCity's push towards referral based business.
The SolarParty kit was intended to be fun and encourage the host to provide a fun atmosphere that inspires solar education. The kit is currently being sold at the SolarCity Company Store.

I'm a HUGE Star Wars fan. With the new Star Wars: The Force Awakens movie that just came out, I was inspired to design flat icons of the main Star Wars cast.
May the force be with you.
When I had the opportunity to interview with my favorite coffee company, Philz Coffee, I wanted to show my attention to detail through the design test that was given to me. They asked to design an email that would attract more customers to their stores and website.
Given no assets or content, I curated the best photos I can find online and wrote content that would appeal to the user while meeting their objectives. Once I developed my content, I designed two responsive emails that maintained the look and feel of their current website, while adding my own personal touch.

This is a personal branding project for my freelance business. The objective was to create a fresh new brand for myself that captures the characteristics of my personality and design style: modern, sophisticated and simple.

Zenfolio, a sub-division of Art.com, is an online platform to upload, display, share and sell photos and services for professional and amateur photographers.
To help photographers make their business more profitable, I designed a marketing & selling guide for Zenfolio customers. The e-book offers strategies and best practices to drive traffic to their website and boost online sales.
